Harry Howell Holcomb, Sr.

Harry Howell Holcomb, Sr., a resident of Watson, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 2, 2007 at his home, at the age of 85. He was a veteran of World War II having served his country in the U.S. Army.

Visitation will be at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs on Saturday, August 4, 2007 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs and on Sunday August 5, 2007 from 12:00 PM until services at 1:00pm, conducted by Rev. Larry Hubbard. Burial will be at Evergreen Memorial Park, in Denham Springs, LA.

Mr. Holcomb is survived by his wife, Daphine Jean Allen Holcomb of Watson; daughter, Pat and husband Stuart Mills of Shreveport; son, Harry and wife Joyce Holcomb of Watson; 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willard and Nellie Holcomb; daughters, Sharon Sue Holcomb, and Betty Jean Holcomb; sister, Mirza Ford; and brother, Jay Holcomb.
